01How does billing work?
Free browser exports include a watermark. A signed-in account gets 5 total watermark-free browser exports. API free quota is separate: 50 watermarked API requests per month. After that, 1 credit removes the watermark from 1 browser export or API request.
02Do credits expire?
No. Purchased credits stay in your account until you use them.
03Can I switch plans?
Current self-serve plans are credit packs, not subscriptions. Buy the credit pack you need as often or rarely as you like. Contact us for monthly API quotas, higher rate limits, and priority rendering.
04What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are processed securely via Creem.io. Credit cards and major international methods are supported.
