Welcome to markdowntoimage.com (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "the site"). Please read these Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") carefully before using our website. By using this site, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this site.

1. Service Description

markdowntoimage.com provides an online tool for converting Markdown text into images, allowing users to download the generated images directly. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

2. User Accounts

Certain features may require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information and to keep that information updated. If we find that your information is false or inaccurate, we have the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate your account.

3. Paid Plans, Subscriptions, and Billing

Some features are available through paid subscriptions, one-time passes, or credit packages. Payments, checkout, tax calculation where applicable, receipts, subscription renewals, upgrades, cancellations, and payment method handling may be processed by Creem.io or another payment provider. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

Subscription plans renew automatically for the selected billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel a subscription from your account billing page. When you cancel, your paid access remains available until the end of the current billing period, unless otherwise required by law or stated during checkout. One-time passes and credit packages are consumed according to the product description and do not create a recurring subscription.

Prices, plan limits, included features, and availability may change. If a change materially affects an active subscription, we will provide notice where required. Refunds are not guaranteed except where required by law or expressly stated by us or the payment provider.

4. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using this site and are responsible for your actions. The following content and conduct are strictly prohibited.

You shall not upload, transmit, generate, share, or otherwise distribute through this site:

  • Sexual, adult, pornographic, or NSFW (Not Safe For Work) content, including but not limited to nudity, sexually explicit text or imagery, sexual acts, sexual services, fetish content, or any sexualized depiction of minors. Using markdowntoimage.com to create, render, or share such content is strictly forbidden, regardless of artistic, satirical, or fictional framing.
  • Content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, threatening, hateful, discriminatory, or that incites violence against any person or group.
  • Content that depicts or promotes self-harm, suicide, or the abuse of minors.
  • Content that infringes on the intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of others.
  • Malware, phishing material, or content intended to defraud, deceive, or harm other users.

You also shall not:

  • Attempt to interfere with the normal operation of the site or disrupt other users' experience.
  • Use bots, crawlers, or other automated means to access the site, except where expressly permitted by our public API.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to remove any content that violates these rules and to suspend or terminate the accounts of users who do so, with or without prior notice.

6. Advertising Services

We may display third-party advertisements on the site, including Google AdSense. Advertisers may use cookies and web beacons to collect your information in order to provide personalized ads. Please note that you can choose not to accept cookies through your browser settings.

8. Limitation of Liability
